True Patchell is a Billing Specialist at The Geller Law Group with nearly 20 years of Estate Planning and Probate Administration experience. 

True previously served as a Legal Assistant for a solo practicing attorney, where she assisted with estate administration, guardian/conservator administration, Elder Law, and Medicaid applications and prepared court inventories and accountings for estates and conservatorships.

Before her role as a Legal Assistant, True assisted another solopreneur attorney who focused on the areas of Social Security Disability Law, special needs planning, elder law, and estate planning. 

True has also served as a Trust Administration Associate for Members Trust Company, where she handled probate and trust administration and prepared court inventories and accountings for estates, trusts and conservatorships, among other responsibilities. 

Additionally, True worked for 14 years as a Legal Assistant in a boutique law firm specializing in elder law, estates, long-term care, special needs planning, and Medicaid.

True is a native Virginian who lived in Arlington, VA for 46 years before she moved with her aging parents to Mechanicsville, VA. She currently resides with her parents and 24-year-old daughter, who’s attending Virginia Commonwealth University. Outside of work, True enjoys riding horses, going to the movies, and spending time outdoors.
