She has gained her experience working closely with attorneys and clients through all aspects of the divorce process including custody and child support issues.
Before joining The Geller Law Group, she worked as a family law paralegal at prominent law firms in Fairfax County. Sharon personally meets with clients as needed and will see a client through their legal case from the initial call to the last day of their case.
In her personal time, Sharon has been researching resources on the State and County level for the special needs of adult children, with the Department of Aging and Rehabilitative Services, the Arc of Northern Virginia, Fairfax County Career and Transition Services, as well as webinars and forums with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Cure SMA.
Sharon keeps herself current in the legal field by ongoing participation in Continuing Legal Education courses and is a member of the Paralegal Association of Northern Virginia (NALA) and is also versed in E filing with the DC Court Systems and VA E filing where available.
Sharon has an associate degree in paralegal studies from the Northern Virginia Community College approved by the American Bar Association as well as courtroom experience.
Sharon lives in Springfield, Virginia with her husband and two daughters.
