Rahni Jenkins serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer for The Geller Law Group. She is responsible for executing the firm’s human resources priorities, which include talent management, ongoing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) training, and partnering with firm leadership to ensure the functionality, health, wellness, and engagement of the GLG team.

Throughout her career, Rahni has demonstrated experience transforming programs and organizations through her expertise in the fields of human resource development, change management, DEI, and advocacy. With over a decade of experience, she is a thought-leader in multiple sectors, such as public education, public health, non-profit, local governments, multinational corporations, law firms, and more. Over the past year, Rahni has trained and advised over 30,000 professionals and aided in learning development for various organizations including Microsoft on a global scale. Her work focuses on creating a more inclusive environment, a sense of belonging, and a culture of engagement and equity.

Rahni holds DEI credentials from Cornell University and The Cultural Intelligence Center, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Diversity & Equity from the University of Illinois.

Outside of work, Rahni loves spending time with family and is an international competitor in martial arts.
