- Virginia (Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William counties, Alexandria City and Falls Church City)

To qualify, your business must:
- Be a single-member LLC
- Be eligible for a general business license (typically consulting or service-based businesses)
- Have no employees (the owner does not count as an employee)
