Rahni Jenkins Named Finalist for “Ally of the Year” in ALM Corporate Counsel’s 2025 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards

We are proud to announce that Rahni Jenkins, Chief Human Resource & Operations Officer at The Geller Law Group, has been named a finalist for Ally of the Year in Corporate Counsel’s 2025 Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards (WIPL).

The Ally of the Year category honors professionals who actively champion inclusion in the workplace, listen with empathy, show up with purpose, and advocate for meaningful change. Finalists embody the qualities of an ally by seeking to understand diverse perspectives, being engaged and present in diversity efforts, and speaking up to amplify and support others.

Since 2020, Rahni has been instrumental in shaping The Geller Law Group’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives — first as a DEI consultant and now as CHRO. She has led transformative DEI trainings, cultivated a culture of belonging, and advanced programs to enhance employee wellness and engagement. Her leadership reflects the values celebrated by the WIPL Awards and continues to strengthen our workplace and community.

A panel of judges will review all finalist submissions, selecting the winners who will be announced during the WIPL Awards Dinner on October 7, 2025. The event will bring together leaders from across the legal industry to celebrate excellence, innovation, and allyship
