Rahni Jenkins Joins The Geller Law Group as Chief Human Resouce Officer

The Geller Law Group welcomes Rahni Jenkins to the team as the firm's new Chief Human Resource Officer. Rahni is partnering with firm leadership to ensure the functionality, health, wellness, and engagement of the firm's employees.

Since November 2020, Rahni has been working as a consultant to the firm leading Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) trainings such as Cultural Appropriateness and Becoming an Ally, as well as focusing on communication and cultivating a positive, supportive work environment.

Throughout her career, Rahni has demonstrated experience transforming programs and organizations through her expertise in the fields of human resource development, change management, DEI, and advocacy. With over a decade of experience, she is a thought-leader in multiple sectors and has trained and advised over 30,000 professionals and aided in learning development for various organizations including Microsoft on a global scale. Her work focuses on creating a more inclusive environment, a sense of belonging, and a culture of engagement and equity.

Rahni holds DEI credentials from Cornell University and The Cultural Intelligence Center, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Diversity & Equity from the University of Illinois.

Outside of work, Rahni loves spending time with family and is an international competitor in martial arts.
