When Maria joined founder Rebecca Geller in 2013, the firm comprised just three people: Maria, Rebecca, and a paralegal. By the end of her first year with GLG, the firm had increased its revenue by 500% and expanded to include two full-time associates.
This exponential growth has continued, with GLG now boasting 16 attorneys and 18 support staff. Maria’s commitment to mentoring associates and providing career development opportunities has been instrumental in this success. She oversees all of the firm’s legal work and has implemented robust professional development programs, personally writing the metrics for two of the firm’s practice groups.
