New GLG Policy Regarding Supreme Court Decision

The Geller Law Group leadership team has created a new policy/employee benefit in light of the recent Supreme Court decision.

NEW GLG POLICY: 

“Empowering women is a fundamental value of The Geller Law Group. We believe that women, and all people who may become pregnant, should have the right to control their healthcare decisions and not suffer penalties for their choices.

Due to the recent Supreme Court decision, The Geller Law Group will now reimburse up to $3,000 for travel expenses for restricted medical procedures, including abortions, for employees who live in states that restrict abortion access. This policy applies to any employee, spouse or dependent who is covered by the law firm’s health insurance plan.

Corporate leaders must speak out and support the health and safety of employees. Supporting access to reproductive health care choices is imperative in supporting our employees and their families. The Geller Law Group stands up for our employees and their choices.”
