An Award-Winning, Women-Owned & Operated Law Firm
The Geller Law Group is proud to announce GLG Guided Launch, a flat-fee legal package designed to help entrepreneurs form single-member LLCs the right way from the start—without the stress, guesswork, or hidden costs that often come with online services.
Created for new business owners in Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland, GLG Guided Launch provides a full-service legal experience for forming a single-member limited liability company. For a flat fee of $1,500 plus government filing fees, entrepreneurs receive personalized support from an experienced business attorney and paralegal—not a one-size-fits-all template or automated platform.
“We know that starting a business is exciting, but it also can be overwhelming,” said Tammy Hui, Chair of the firm’s Business Law Practice. “This service was built to simplify the process and give new entrepreneurs the confidence that everything is being handled correctly from the very beginning.”
While most online business formation platforms stop after filing Articles of Organization to create a business, GLG Guided Launch walks entrepreneurs through the entire process to get a business fully set up – including licensing, tax registration, and local compliance requirements. Clients work directly with The Geller Law Group’s legal team to ensure every step is handled properly and tailored to their specific business needs.
This new service is ideal for solo consultants and other service providers. GLG Guided Launch is currently available to eligible businesses in:

GLG Guided Launch was developed to address a growing trend the firm sees in its business law practice: clients turning to online services expecting convenience, only to encounter costly mistakes and compliance issues that require legal clean-up later.
“We’ve been called in many times to fix errors made by automated platforms,” Hui added. “This package is about giving entrepreneurs the right legal foundation from the start and helping them avoid problems down the road.”
In addition to formation services, GLG offers optional flat-fee add-ons for any new business created via GLG Guided Launch, including drafting an operating agreement, filing an S corporation election, and registered agent services. For businesses that don’t meet the package eligibility criteria, the firm continues to provide custom Business Formation & Compliance services at standard hourly rates.
GLG Guided Launch is now available for eligible single-member LLCs. To learn more about the service and determine if your business qualifies, visit GLG Guided Launch.
