Geller Law Group Advances on Washington Business Journal’s 2026 Corporate Diversity Index

The Geller Law Group ranked No. 31 on the Washington Business Journal 2026 Corporate Diversity Index for Small Companies

The Geller Law Group ranked No. 31 among small companies in Greater Washington, moving up from No. 44 in 2025.

The Geller Law Group is proud to announce that the firm has advanced to No. 31 on the Washington Business Journal’s 2026 Corporate Diversity Index – Small Companies, improving 13 spots from its No. 44 ranking in 2025.

Published on May 22, 2026, the Greater Washington Corporate Diversity Index – Small Companies list recognizes businesses in the Washington, D.C. region with fewer than 100 employees, ranked by the percentage of total employees who are people of color.

For The Geller Law Group, this year’s movement reflects an ongoing commitment to building a workplace where inclusion, belonging, flexibility, and representation are part of the firm’s culture.

“Moving up on this list is meaningful because it represents the intentional work our team has done for more than 15 years to create a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and valued,” said Rebecca Geller, President & CEO and Founder of The Geller Law Group. “Diversity and inclusion are central to how we lead, how we serve our clients, and how we show up in the community.”

This recognition is part of a broader commitment to workplace culture and inclusion at GLG. The firm continues to invest in DEI training, internal education, inclusive hiring practices, team-wide conversations, and policies that support employees at different stages of life and career.

“At GLG, we know that a strong workplace culture does not happen by accident,” said Rahni Jenkins, Chief Human Resource & Operations Officer. “It requires listening, accountability, and a willingness to keep improving. We are proud of this progress and remain committed to creating an environment where every team member has the opportunity to thrive.”

A Continued Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging

The Geller Law Group has built its firm model around the belief that legal professionals should not have to choose between meaningful work and a sustainable, supportive workplace. Since its founding, GLG has challenged traditional law firm norms by prioritizing flexibility, collaboration, and a people-first approach to leadership.

The firm’s advancement on the Washington Business Journal’s Corporate Diversity Index joins a growing list of workplace and DEI-related recognitions, including:
