An Award-Winning, Women-Owned & Operated Law Firm
The Geller Law Group is proud to announce that the firm has been named a recipient of the 2026 Best Places to Work for Women Award by Best Companies Group, in partnership with BridgeTower Media. GLG was ranked #4 nationwide in the Small Companies category, which includes organizations with 10–49 employees.

Best Places to Work for Women is a survey-based competition that recognizes the top companies for women in the workforce across the United States. Eligible companies launched a survey process with Best Companies Group in the last year. Survey data was analyzed and compared across all participants, with a focus on the experiences of women within each company’s workforce.
For The Geller Law Group, this recognition reflects the foundation on which the firm was built: creating a workplace where women can do excellent legal work, grow as leaders, support their families, and build sustainable careers.
“When I started The Geller Law Group, I wanted to build the kind of firm I could not find elsewhere — one where talented attorneys, especially women and working parents, did not have to choose between meaningful legal work and a life outside the office,” said Rebecca Geller, President, CEO and Founder of The Geller Law Group. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the lived experience of our team and the culture we have worked so hard to build together.”
Best Companies Group described this year’s honorees as employers that demonstrate leadership in equity, opportunity, and retention.
“The Best Places to Work for Women winners demonstrate leadership in equity, opportunity and retention. These workplaces excel in creating environments where women employees thrive,” said Jaime Raul Zepeda, executive vice president of Best Companies Group + COLOR Magazine. “At Best Companies Group, we are pleased to certify this honor that recognizes employers who know, recognize and appreciate their female talent. Congratulations to all the winners.”
The Geller Law Group has built its firm model around the belief that legal professionals should not have to choose between meaningful work and a sustainable, supportive workplace. Since its founding, GLG has challenged traditional law firm norms by prioritizing flexibility, collaboration, inclusion, and a people-first approach to leadership.
This recognition joins a growing list of workplace, diversity, and women’s leadership honors for The Geller Law Group, including:
