Exciting Enhancements to GLG+: The Geller Law Group’s Legal Subscription Program

We’re excited to share some significant updates to our popular legal subscription model, GLG+. This program was designed by members of our Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning Team to provide our clients with ongoing estate planning advice and document updates without the pressures of the billable hour system. The response has been resounding, and we’re thrilled to announce enhancements that will bring even more value to our subscribers.

Based on feedback from our valued clients, GLG+ now incorporates a broader range of services and features to support multiple aspects of your estate planning journey providing you with predictability for your budget, proactive advice, and high-quality legal assistance.

Summary of GLG+ Plan Updates

ANNUAL ESTATE PLAN REVIEW

Our team is committed to ensuring that your estate plan evolves with your life circumstances and legal changes. Expect an annual comprehensive questionnaire and a detailed summary of our findings with recommendations for revisions to your existing estate plan.

STRATEGIC CONSULTATIONS

Your GLG+ subscription includes two dedicated hours for discussions with GLG attorneys and your successor/trustee, family or named fiduciaries, and/or planning meetings with your financial advisor or CPA. Our goal is to ensure you are well-informed and that all your estate management queries are thoroughly addressed.

DOCUMENT UPDATES AND SERVICES FOR YOUR CHILDREN

GLG+ now includes an annual update to your Estate Plan. This could range from updating your Trusts and Wills to Powers of Attorney, and Advance Healthcare Directives. Additionally, we’re extending our services to include college-aged children, providing them with a Power of Attorney and Advanced Healthcare Directive at no additional cost.

EXPANDED LEGAL SERVICES DISCOUNTS

Our discounts have gotten even better! You can expect a 10% discount on legal services beyond the GLG+ plan for services such as business formation/compliance, review or drafting of a contract, probate and trust administration, or creation of additional estate planning documents. We’re also providing a 50% discount on our standard rates for drafting and record fees for a Deed of Gift or Transfer on Death Deed.

FREE NOTARY SERVICES

To make your experience as seamless as possible, we’re offering free access to our notaries up to 5 times a year at our Fairfax Office and with limited availability in our DC office (by appointment only).
