Emily Halm Jenkins

Emily Halm Jenkins is a partner with The Geller Law Group, who focuses her practice on advising small business and non-profit clients. Prior to joining The Geller Law Group, she was Associate General Counsel for a trade association in Alexandria, Virginia, and oversaw many of the trade association’s general business activities. Previously, she worked for a large law firm, where she specialized in business litigation. Her background will enable her to counsel the firm’s non-profit and small business clients on many aspects of their business needs, particularly contract drafting and management.
Emily graduated from the George Mason University School of Law, where she was the Associate Executive Editor of the George Mason University Law Review. She received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary and spent four years on W&M’s Cross Country and Track teams. She currently lives in Falls Church City with her husband, two young sons, and Chocolate Labrador. She is an avid hiker and traveler, and you’ll often find her running behind an enormous double stroller on the W&OD trail. Emily is also a member of the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
