An Award-Winning, Women-Owned & Operated Law Firm

The Geller Law Group is committed to continually embedding DEI principles and practices within all aspects of our work. It is seen as one of our firm’s most important core values. We work diligently to align our culture and cultivate allies into advocates and accomplices within our workplace and through our work.

For the last several years, The Geller Law Group has embraced and invested in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training with a focus on communication and cultivating a positive, supportive work environment. The firm’s trainings have included a series of workshops focusing on: the implications of social structures and systems of inequality, cultural appropriateness and becoming an ally, and enhancing performance through equitable engagement.

We are dedicated to:

  • Creating an inclusive workplace environment where all attorneys and staff are respected, supported, and provided with resources and opportunities to succeed.
  • Enhancing our recruitment and hiring practices to create a talented and diverse GLG attorney and staff community.
  • Providing continuous inclusive professional development opportunities.
  • Assessing the firm’s efforts, capturing feedback from all attorneys and staff, and evaluating ways to improve our operations and performance.

In December 2021, GLG hired credentialed DEI leader, Rahni Jenkins, as the firm’s Chief Human Resource Officer. Rahni partners with firm leadership to ensure the functionality, health, wellness, and engagement of our employees, as well as creating a more inclusive environment by building awareness around disparities and removing barriers of exposure and access in our practices and policies.
